The European regulation FIC 1169 requires that information about 14 allergens is available in restaurants and on packaging. Products that are prepared using these ingredients must also be declared although there are exceptions.
The 14 allergens are: cereals containing gluten, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, molluscs.

Nutritional values

  • Calories
  • Macronutrients: carbohydrates, fat, proteins, saturated fatty acids, omega 3, fibres, etc.
  • Micronutrients: vitamins (B1, B2, B12, etc., C, D, E, etc.) and minerals (salt, iron, iodine, etc.)
  • For 100 g, and for a portion or plate
  • In quantities (grams, etc.) or percentages of recommended daily allowances (RDA)
  • RDA for adults and others

Food cost or raw ingredients cost

Automatically obtain the raw ingredients cost of the dish by portion (e.g. plate) or by production (e.g. pan), based on your expenditure for supplies. Change the purchase price of an ingredient and update the raw ingredients cost for all the recipes that contain that particular ingredient.

Environmental impact

We evaluate the average of non-renewable natural resources and the pollution caused by the ingredients in your dish. Your customers will appreciate your efforts to provide transparency! The list of ingredients in descending order of weight

This list is compulsory on the packaging of pre-packed food products according to European regulation 1169 on consumer information. For restaurants, this avoids customers asking questions such as: "Is there garlic in this dish?".
