Lots of data already entered in the software: all the ingredients can be retrieved from the system, with their weight before and after peeling or cooking, the portions, etc. So all you have to do is choose an ingredient and how you want to use it: for example, if you work with nuts in a shell, you enter "3 nuts with shells" in the software which knows the weight of one shell and knows that the weight of the shell has to be subtracted!
